Johanna Letcher is a General Psychologist who has a broad range of knowledge in the psychological field. Her experience has involved helping clients overcome a variety of mental health vulnerabilities including relationship issues, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, phobias and vocational/career advice. Johanna has extensive experience working in both private and public psychology settings, and has provided quality care to adults, adolescents and children. Johanna enjoys working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds and progressing them towards their health related goals. Her clients will be eligible to claim Medicare and private health insurance rebates.

Tanya is a qualified social worker registered with the Australian Association of Social Workers as an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AASW Membership number 300528.) She is also registered with WorkSafe and a Medicare provider.

Specialisation: Tanya provides therapeutic intervention to people who are struggling in being able to identify and regulate their emotions such as anxiety, depression and stress.

Tanya works with people who have contact with the criminal justice system and with  people who have contact with the courts in some capacity.

Theoretical approach: Tanya uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). Cognitive behaviour therapy is a type of psychotherapy that helps people to change unhelpful or unhealthy thinking habits, feelings and behaviours.

Fatima Salman is a multilingual experienced Psychologist and founder of EvoLane consulting with extensive experience in therapeutic support and behaviour support, conducting standardised psychological assessments, research, and mentoring across clinical, private, and community settings. 

She has a strong background in working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) individuals who have experienced trauma, mental health issues and complex presentations, having dual diagnosis, and psychosocial disabilities. Fatima is dedicated to advocating for female mental health and neurodiverse clients emphasising the importance of addressing the unique challenges faced by them.

Her approach to client support is deeply rooted in cultural and linguistic sensitivity, ensuring that treatment plans are tailored to meet the specific needs of everyone. Fatima integrates various therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Positive Psychology to effectively manage anxiety, depression, grief, and other personality vulnerabilities that impact quality of life and functioning.
